Eligible users:  Primary users are City of Portland Departments.  There is also contractual language allowing for inter-governmental cooperative purchasing agreements to access this State of Washington Contract such as ORCPP (Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program) members.

GSA Contracts -  Various URS manufacturers

Many URS manufacturers have formal GSA contracts that URS can access to assist in the procurement of electronic components for federal agencies.  URS will invoice the agency the GSA listed price as per the manufacturers contract.  Please contact URS personnel directly to see if the vendor has a formal GSA contract.
